Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about which data we process when you visit this website and for what purpose. The Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and – where applicable – the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.
1. Controller
PrintBrothers Management AG
Stansstaderstrasse 90, 6370 Stans, Switzerland
Reachable via our contact form.
2. Processing of personal data when visiting the website
When you access this website, the hosting provider technically stores access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) in server log files. This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation, security and error analysis, and is deleted after a short period.
3. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company if applicable, content of the message) exclusively to process and respond to your enquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the enquiry (e.g. forwarding to the responsible company within the group) or a legal obligation exists.
4. Cookies and web fonts
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Web fonts from Google Fonts are loaded to display the typefaces; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers. Alternatively, the fonts can be hosted locally, in which case no connection to third-party providers is established.
5. Transfer to group companies
To the extent necessary to process your enquiry, your details may be forwarded to the responsible company within the PrintBrothers Group or the Cimpress group. No further transfer to third parties takes place.
6. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about the personal data processed about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing and revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the controller named above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC).
7. Changes to this policy
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
